Standard Programs
All training programs are presented on-site exclusively for members of your
organization.
The training programs provide a comfortable, relaxed learning environment which
emphasizes interactive discussion and direct application of the approaches
presented. Participants are provided with a detailed notebook of original

Pre-training Analysis
Day
We often suggest
that a Pre-training Analysis Day be conducted to allow us to learn about your
organization so that we can tailor the training to address your special issues
and concerns. During this on-site meeting, we:
-
Review existing
project management policies, procedures and practices
-
Discuss typical
projects in your organization, together with special situations and issues
of current concern
-
Review the
backgrounds and responsibilities of the people who will be attending the
training

Review actual
project plans, project management policies and procedures
and other related materials
