Stan Portny is an internationally recognized expert in project management and
project leadership. During the past 30 years, he has provided training and
consultation to more than 150 public and private organizations in the fields of
finance, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, information technology, insurance,
telecommunications, defense and health care. He has developed and
conducted training programs for over 50,000 management and staff personnel in
engineering, sales and marketing, research and development, information systems,
manufacturing, operations and support areas.
Widely acclaimed for his dynamic presentation techniques and his unusual ability
to establish a close rapport with seminar participants, Stan specializes in
tailoring his programs to meet the special and unique needs of individual
organizations.
Stan is a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional
(PMP). He received his B.S.E.E. degree from the Polytechnic Institute of
Brooklyn and his M.S.E.E and E.E. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology. In addition, he studied at the Alfred P. Sloan School of
Management and at the George Washington University National Law Center.
